Bikes

Bikes - check out keys, patron gets matching bike (they're numbered....the keys and the bikes) HAVE PATRON SIGN WAIVER. THEY ARE IN A FOLDER AT THE FRONT DESK. FILE BACK IN FOLDER.

Replacing lost items

Please remember:

We cannot allow patrons to purchase replacements of items that were borrowed from Marmot......example: our patron loses a book from vail.....they cannot buy a book from Amazon that we send to Vail....

Remember to check ASK US!

Please remember to check the ASK US email account. There was a reference request from a patron sent Thursday at 1:00 p.m....I answered it Friday morning at 10:00.
We should be able to get back to people right away, either with the answer or alerting them to the face that we are working on their request!

Reservations for Macs

Due to our small number of Apple computers, the Macs in the Tech Room are now available for our patrons to reserve. Reservations are limited to 2 hours. (1 hour on Sundays.) Patrons can sign up for a reservation time at the upstairs Service Desk. The sign up sheet for the Tech Macs is the same sheet for Creation Station reservations. In the morning when we are opening and putting up meeting room reservation signs, check the reservation sheet and, if necessary, fill out a Mac reservation card and place it next to the appropriate Mac on the clear display stand.
