The Customer Focused Library

Here are some notes from the discussion on improving our library for our customers (patrons). I've grouped them by major categories:

SIGNAGE: improve shelve signs, use signs to promote databases within the collection,

DISPLAYS: Use end-caps of rows to display in stacks; DVD spinner by column or self-check; rotate displays - include databases in displays

DEWEY-Less: What are the + and - ; perhaps try in one area/zone to test

SECTIONS: Is travel working? Can this space be better used?
